At Ananda, mental wellness sessions are grounded in a trauma-informed approach that honors the complexity of the human experience. Whether you're navigating grief, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, these sessions are designed to support your healing journey with compassion, presence, and care.
We believe that no single path fits all. That’s why we draw from a variety of evidence-based and holistic therapeutic modalities—tailored to meet your unique needs. Sessions may include elements of somatic therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral techniques, yoga therapy, and more. Together, we’ll co-create a space for meaningful insight, emotional regulation, nervous system support, and empowered change.
Accessibility & Insurance
Mental wellness sessions are offered by appointment. Most major insurance plans are accepted. We are committed to reducing barriers to care—Medicaid (including Iowa Total Care, Molina, and Wellpoint, formerly Amerigroup) and Medicare are also accepted.
For those who prefer to pay privately or who may not use insurance, both private pay and sliding scale options are available.
